A: Sure! We usually provide existing sample for free, but customized sample need to be in charge. Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. Samples usually will be delivered b

A: For existing samples, it will takes 2-3days, and samples are free. But if you want your own designs, for screen printing or new colors etc, it will take 5-7days.


Q: 4.How long is the production time ?
A: It takes around 20- 30 working days for MOQ, our capacity is 50000pcs per days, so we can ensure the fast delivery time for large orders.


Q: 5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: Usually need AI or PDF version to make a clear and beautiful logos or printings; for mould opening products, we can make 3D drawings for you for free as long as the project was confirmed.


Q: 6.How many colors are available ?
A: We match colors with Pantone -FORMULA GUIDE -Solid Coated , so you could tell us the Pantone number as you need; or we can recommend the popular colors to you if you don’t know how to choose the color

A: We are the factory passed BSCI,Sedex, ISO9000,1400 etc ; our products are LFGB approved, we can supplier the E-certificates for you if necessary.
