What is an insulated water bottle?

　　Vacuum insulated water bottles are generally water containers made of ceramic or stainless steel with a vacuum layer.It has a cap on top which is tightly sealed.The vacuum insulation layer can delay the heat dissipation of water and other liquids installed inside,so as to achieve the purpose of heat preservation.Insulated water bottles are developed from insulated water bottles.The principle of heat preservation is the same as that of a thermos,except that people make bottles into water bottles for convenience.

　　How are stainless steel water bottles made?

　　1.Manufacture outer bottle and inner bottle

　　①Cutting the pipe:Cut the stainless steel pipe to an appropriate length.

　　②Expansion water:put the stainless steel pipe on the expander.The pipe expands into a bottle under enormous pressure.

　　③Separation:Use an instrument cart to cut off the two layers of shells that have swollen with water.

　　④Positioning and shaping:Use a large press to get the outer bottle you want,and ensure that the product size meets the requirements of the process drawing,and the mouth should not have obvious defects such as wire drawing and cracks.

　　⑤Shrinking:Use a machine to squeeze the upper part of the bottle into a bottleneck.

　　⑥Thread rolling:Use a special tapping machine to process the thread.Adjust thread depth to meet size requirements.

　　⑦Flat mouth and flat bottom:Cut off the excess parts of the mouth and bottom.

　　⑧Ultrasonic cleaning:remove lubricating oil and dust during the molding process.

　　2.Assemble the bottle and the bottom of the bottle

　　①Assemble the inner bottle and outer bottle together by machine pressing.

　　②Assemble the round bottom to the bottle by pressing the machine.

　　③Weld the outer bottle and the bottom of the bottle to prepare for vacuum insulation.

　　3.Leakage test

　　Check whether the inner and outer bottles are well welded,and reject unqualified products.

　　4.Vacuuming

　　It adopts machine tailless vacuum technology and strictly follows the vacuuming standard.A vacuum is formed between the inner tank and the outer bottle to prevent heat transfer,play a role of heat insulation,and prevent hot hands.

　　5.Mechanical polishing

　　Polish the surface of the outer bottle to ensure that the mouth of the bottle is smooth and shiny.There must be no obvious drawing,scratches,black lines,or pits.

　　6.External coating

　　7.Pattern and logo printing

　　Graphic designs and logos are printed on bottles using a variety of techniques-screen printing,heat transfer printing,water transfer printing,laser etching,etc.

　　8.Packaging

　　After each bottle has been inspected(including visual inspection and cap leak testing),the bottles are placed in individual bags for packaging.
